The result is an industry solution for warehouse management that is perfectly designed to meet the requirements of car bodywork and paint stores.
The software offers a very simple operation for the employees combined with numerous possibilities for evaluation of key figures
and operational control for the management.
As a special feature for a warehouse management program, the possibility of automatically sending orders to suppliers must be highlighted.
The orders are placed at fixed times on the basis of the minimum stock levels set in the master data.
The dispatch of the automatic orders takes place by eMail.
After the automatic ordering and delivery of the goods, they can be booked into different warehouses per location by scanning.
The consumption of goods from the warehouse can also be easily booked in the warehouse management software using a scanner. The following are usually scanned
simply the EAN barcodes attached to the products.
The KAROSTORE warehouse management software also allows you to print your own barcode labels for the articles.
It is possible to manage several branches/locations together in the warehouse management software. The article master data is valid for all locations together.
The minimum stock levels can be set differently for each store.

KAROSTORE is a cloud application – once set up, you have immediate access. You then follow our setup guide to, for example, create storage locations and articles.
By arrangement, your account can either be temporarily deactivated – in which case your data is kept – or deleted completely along with all data.
Setting up KAROSTORE (master data, storage locations, articles) takes some effort. To make that effort worthwhile, a minimum usage period of two years is planned.
